I know that life is not always easy or kind. For some, life can feel like an endless series of crises and disasters. I am happy to hold space for the hard things. All emotions are welcome, and all struggles are honored. So if you're looking for someone to support you in the messy places, I am more than happy to be that support. I have a strong background in psychology, social work, and trauma-informed care, and have worked at an Emory University lab studying trauma and PTSD for many years. I have considerable experience with religious trauma, deconstruction, dissociation, chronic pain conditions, and life transition.
