I have worked as a therapist for over 25 years and I have trained in numerous evidence based practices which allows me to offer clients the treatment they need to get better. I am passionate about helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, health conditions, life transitions, and stress move towards creating and maintaining emotional wellness. I believe change is possible and through therapy people can and do get better. I am committed to helping clients learn coping skills to manage the stressors of daily life and to improve their well-being. My work focuses on helping clients challenge ineffective thoughts, habits, and beliefs to move towards increased fulfillment. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
