I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration (including LGBTQ+ affirming care), and life transitions. Many of my clients are often struggling with confidence, setting boundaries, being in touch with their feelings and needs, and navigating meaningful relationships in their life. I have experience supporting youth with ADHD, Autism and other developmental disabilities who may be struggling with self-confidence, peer conflicts, school difficulties, emotional outbursts, and/or aggression.
