Finding the right therapist can feel like a lot, and reaching out isn’t always easy. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive space where you can show up as you are and talk openly about what’s been weighing on you. I work primarily with high school and college students, young adults, and professionals in helping roles including therapists, healthcare providers, and educators. I also enjoy working with individuals who want to deepen their understanding of their own emotions, better understand others, and strengthen communication and social interaction skills.
