Hi, I’m Amy, and I’m so glad you’re here. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to be cold, clinical, or disconnected. I believe healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, my role is to walk alongside you as we explore what’s going on beneath the surface—and gently work toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals who’ve experienced complex trauma, emotional overwhelm, or who struggle to access or express emotions. Many of my clients are deep thinkers who tend to stay in their heads, often intellectualizing their experiences. Together, we work on reconnecting with the body and healing from the inside out.
