As a seasoned counselor and founder of Heart Counseling, I focus on meeting you where you are at from a relational, person and heart centered place. Overall, I focus on your strengths. My hope is for joy to become a guiding factor as you learn, develop and grow toward your best self. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices and have experience with EMDR, TF-CBT, and PCIT as well as Practice Wise. My approach generally is from an attachment, systematic and holistic therapeutic lens. I am also board approved and enjoy providing clinical supervision for individuals working toward LPC or LPCC.
