I am passionate about helping others build self-awareness that ultimately leads to a path of well-being and happiness. I have worked in multiple counseling settings including owning and directing a private practice and supervising and training other counselors. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for our work together. My clients can expect life-changing results if they put in the work and stay open-minded to the therapeutic process.
