I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families cope with grief, loss and trauma; and chronic and terminal illnesses and their impact on families. I have helped my clients address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I have advanced training in Complicated Grief Treatment, EMDR, EFT and Mindful Self-Compassion. Therapy happens in relationship so I adopt a style of warm interaction, respect, sensitivity, and compassion while supporting you to grow and develop effective coping strategies.
