For many of us, ADHD, trauma, anxiety and/or depression have left us confused, disorganized, frustrated, and feeling like we’re behind where we "should" be. You’re not broken; You just haven’t been given the proper opportunity or skills to connect with yourself and develop the systems that will allow you to succeed and be the badass you truly are. With approximately 20 years of experience, I bring authenticity, warmth, compassion, humor, and honesty into the therapy space. Modalities I lean into to help drive the therapeutic relationship and to help promote growth and change include Person Centered, MI, Reality Therapy, psychodynamics, CBT, DBT and EMDR.
