You've done a lot of therapy or inner work and understand how your past has shaped you, but you've realized that insight and talk therapy isn't getting you where you were hoping to be. This doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you, it means that something happened to you, and for many people, talking about it doesn't allow them to heal from it. Many of my clients know why they struggle and are looking for deeper trauma work to help them break free. I use trauma-informed evidence-based approaches like EMDR to help people process painful experiences that are keeping them stuck. I'm also not a blank slate-I believe in authenticity and being "real".
