Hi, I’m Amy. I primarily work with women navigating ADHD or high sensitivity who feel stuck in relationship patterns they don’t fully understand. You may want closeness, but instead feel overwhelmed, pull away, or wonder why relationships feel so hard. Often, this isn’t a lack of desire for connection, but nervous system patterns trying to prevent further pain. Therapy focuses on slowing things down, bringing clarity to what’s happening beneath those experiences, and gently building the capacity to stay present—so relationships feel more understandable, intentional, and workable.
