I’m passionate about helping individuals reach their maximum potential. There are many life stressors and situations that can present challenges. I’m humbled and honored to be gifted the opportunity to walk alongside you as you work towards healing and recovery through various life transitions. My specialty is working with individuals and families of individuals who struggle with addiction. I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, ptsd, poor self image, and those who need guidance in setting healthy boundaries.
