Welcome! My name is Amy, and I have a passion for journeying with my clients and learning their unique stories. I desire to help my clients gradually replace a sense of "aloneness" which they often carry, with a sense of "togetherness" - and ultimately hope! We all long for a deep sense of connection and safety. When we feel safe and connected, we can focus on healing and growth. I hope to offer a such space for my clients to engage with their struggles and learn new ways of viewing and interacting with the world. I have experience working with sexual abuse, divorce, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and more. I use several evidence-based modalities to help clients process their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. I tailor treatment to the unique needs of the client, with a holistic focus on healing for the mind, body, and soul. I love to meet with clients 10 years and up, as individuals, couples, or family units.
