I use the therapeutic relationship in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as EMDR in my counseling approach. I provide therapy in Idaho and coaching out of state. I take the time to get to know you and believe that you should "click" with your counselor. You should be at ease with your counselor and feel as though you can trust them with the secrets of your heart and life. Coaching is offered across state lines as well, which is different from therapy in that no diagnosis is needed and insurance is not used.
