Hello! My name is Amy and I am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor who specializes in Co-occurring Disorders (Mental Health & Addiction). I hold a Dual Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Human Services and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I specialize in anxiety/depression, addictive disorders and creating sustainable recovery goals. My approach includes: person centered therapy, DBT/CBT with positive psychology.
