I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adults, teens and children. I have over 10 years of experience working as a registered play therapist helping children, parents and families. I currently specialize in helping people (adults and kids ages 10 and up) who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also help people resolve unhealthy relationship patterns. I offer EMDR and DBT as well.
