Within evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, structural and strategic family therapy, behavioral modification, and cognitive processing therapy, I work with individuals and families to identify and implement personalized goals for treatment. I support and guide clients in using concrete tools and resources to achieve success. By using a trauma-focused approach, I value a safe and confidential therapeutic space for healing.
