Sometimes we come to therapy at a crossroads. After pain or trauma, during transitions, or when we just need space to hold the questions in our hearts. I am a trauma-informed, inclusive, and affirming therapist who offers a warm, safe space to explore your inner world. I have a particular passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, helping you explore gender and sexuality, navigate queer relationships, examine the intersection of sexuality and spirituality, and process tender experiences like healing from religious harm or coming out to yourself or others. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re welcome here, just as you are. I am trained to understand how trauma becomes embedded in the nervous system and how it can impact us in ways we may not even realize. In our work, I will help you notice patterns and draw connections that bring clarity and self-understanding. As insight grows, so does the capacity for self-compassion, resilience, and a more grounded sense of who you are.
