I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (psychotherapist) in our great state 48, Arizona. I use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, in which you are the expert who holds the tools needed to move towards the life you seek. I enjoy working with pre-teen to older adults to help navigate life stressors and challenges and to build the life you desire.
