My name is Amy Thorson, owner of Thrive Mental Health and Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), and EMDR Trained Therapist (EMDRIA) based in Minnesota and work with clients statewide. I work with adults and couples and specialize in addiction, co-dependency, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma work using EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy.
