I know how overwhelming it can feel to look for the right therapist. I have been there myself, wishing for someone who could truly understand me and help in ways that went deeper than just talking. That is why I have worked hard to become the therapist I needed most when I struggled to find the right one. ​ I am direct and relational, and I understand that talk therapy alone often doesn't feel like enough. Over the years I have sought out extensive trauma training and have mastered specialties such as EMDR, which help move us out of constant states of dysregulation and into our true selves, even when it feels impossible.
