I'm a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience. I've found that many of us are talented and have potential, but anxiety, uncertainty, depression, or life circumstances prevent us from leading productive and fulfilling careers. I've worked with hundreds of people to help them find a career that suits their interests, values, and skills--whether preparing for college, adjusting to parenthood, or making a mid-life career transition. Because I'm a psychologist, I do more than coach: I can help identify any root causes that keep you "stuck," treat these issues, and help you to thrive. Before returning home to Colorado, I worked in Washington, DC with a wide variety of clients working in the tech, legal, government, and private sectors. I was a professor for 8 years and love working with college students and recent graduates. Finally, I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum issues and helping parents find work-life balance.
