Sometimes life can be challenging, confusing, and overwhelming, especially when you do not yet have the insight to understand your maladaptive patterns, or the tools to make healthy changes. This can result in behavioral struggles, frustration, and chaos- and further lead to relationship difficulties, unhealthy coping patterns, and low self-esteem. I want to support you through these struggles and strive to offer acceptance and encouraging support. My approach to counseling is holistic and person-centered, and I believe that all people are unique individuals, the experts of their own lives, and called to flourish. I therefore offer various play therapy techniques and art/creative measures for those interested in an alternative and/or supplemental approach to talk therapy.
