I offer holistic, whole-person care using integrative and neurodiversity-affirming modalities like ACT, narrative, psychodynamic, polyvagal, and mindful self-compassion, informed by a liberation psychology lens within a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and decolonial framework. My lived experience as a queer clinician with ADHD informs my approach to therapeutic work.
