Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with extensive experience in helping individuals navigate grief, trauma, and life transitions. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. My work focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care, including EMDR therapy, to individuals facing disenfranchised bereavement, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Through Healing Pathways Counseling, I offer personalized support to help clients build resilience and find healing. Additionally, I am actively involved in community outreach, professional education, and advocacy efforts related to suicide prevention and grief support.
