Amy Waldie, MS, LMH is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who completed her Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology at Troy University. She specializes in helping clients develop the insight and skills necessary to manage depression, anxiety, grief, family stress, relationships, unresolved trauma, and life transitions. She is EMDR-trained and uses an integrative approach. I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
