I’m Amy Weishampel, LCPC. My passion as a therapist is to help people whose mental health issues intersect with their identities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, people in polyamorous or other nontraditional relationships, creative people, young adults, and people struggling with cultural issues. I have experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and OCD. I utilize a flexible approach, using existential and narrative therapy perspectives, as well as techniques borrowed from CBT and ACT in an effort to help my clients with their mental health struggles.
