All clients are important and have something to gain from working with someone who can support them in becoming more of the person they want to be. Life seems to get ahead of us at times and having a person to work through issues with, to talk about things with, and to share with can be critical. I believe therapy is a participatory activity, I partner with you through your therapy journey. The first session we discuss what is going on and what your goals are, and at the end of that session we talk about some of the steps we will take to get there.
