Many clients find themselves considering therapy because something feels off. They may feel emotionally stuck, unsettled in relationships, or dissatisfied with approaches they’ve tried before, even when they can’t fully name why. I work with adults and children seeking clarity, validation, and meaningful change. Therapy is a space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and move toward greater emotional ease and day-to-day functioning. When appropriate and by client preference, sessions may also include the optional presence of my certified therapy dog, Maple.
