My work is grounded in compassion, calm presence, and a deep understanding of how people adapt during emotionally complex times. For the past 18 years, I've specialized in palliative & hospice care, helping individuals and families cope with illness, caregiving, and end-of-life concerns. I also support caregivers and healthcare professionals experiencing burnout or emotional fatigue. My goal is to offer a space where clients can build resilience, find meaning, and achieve emotional balance.
