My name is Amy York, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving all of California via telehealth. I work with adults of diverse populations specializing in LGBTQ+, women's mental health issues, depression, and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach to therapy is to provide individualized care based on client's needs. I use a systems theory framework that considers how various factors influence behavior and well-being within a system.
