Through my own experiences with personal and family-of-origin challenges, I’ve developed a deep sense of empathy and understanding that guides my work as a counselor. I believe that each person experiences the world through a unique perspective, and that we are made up of many parts that come together to shape who we are. I use an eclectic counseling approach because no two clients are the same. Creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment is at the heart of my work. My goal is to hold space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with confidence.
