My clients seek support for challenges such as relationship conflict, emotional abuse, anxiety, addiction, depression, and grief. I work with individuals and couples who are ready for change or who want help clarifying their next steps. Many have experienced profound betrayals or loss while others are navigating the effects of adult or childhood developmental trauma. Drawing on my training and professional background as an attorney and a counselor, I help clients gain clarity and insight to find a meaningful path to recovery. Along the way, they develop skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, and fear and achieve life goals.
