My client focus is neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ clients, adoptees, and those who are coping with anxiety & depression, healing from trauma, navigating their identity or facing challenges in relationships. I specialize in supporting folks who are experiencing misalignment between their current life and their innermost values and identity. I help assess the impact of past experiences on current functioning and relationships, and partner with the client to create a plan to move towards a more authentic and peaceful life.
