If you are reading this, I want to recognize these steps; looking to grow and searching for assistance aren't always easy. I aim to be an open and straightforward person and try to balance giving credit when credit is due with helping people stay accountable and recognize where they can grow. Positivity and humor are important aspects I draw into therapy, with the understanding there is a time and place for each.
