Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Many carry the weight of being told they’re “too sensitive” or worry they’re never quite enough. These messages may linger, but they don’t define you. As a licensed psychologist, I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, sleep concerns, body image, and life transitions. I believe much of what you need to heal already resides within you. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your story, draw on your strengths, and move toward resilience, growth, and lasting change.
