Even when life is ok, it’s natural to feel misaligned, restless, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll use curiosity and compassion to understand your experiences, with a healing dose of humor here and there. My expertise is supporting motivated adults in their 20's-50's going through life transitions (career, relationships, loss), including parents and fellow therapists.
