My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments, including ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care as well as psychodynamic therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood, using the power of connection to help them gain insights into how they show up and interact with others.
