I work with folks who carry a lot on their shoulders– often the ones others turn to for support. Many are feeling tired, disconnected, or unsure of who they are outside of family roles and expectations. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect and start putting yourself first. Together, we explore how past experiences shape the present, build boundaries with care, and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
