I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with more than 9 years of experience partnering with teenagers and adults seeking help with OCD, hoarding disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, academic and work issues, anger management, self-injurious behaviors, self-esteem, parenting, grief, and bereavement. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.
