I offer telehealth, in-person sessions, professional trainings, and community events in Spanish and English. Some sessions are held outdoors, a unique setting for awareness and growth. A six-session life coaching package, ideal for those experiencing burnout or other specific issues, is available. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor, I have experience working with teenagers, adults, and families. My work as Director of Behavioral Health & Wellness and as Adjunct Faculty for a Graduate School of Social Work informs my interest in staff trainings and professional growth. I grew up in three cultures (Spanish, Cuban, and American) and married into a Mexican family. I understand first-hand how to integrate different parts of ourselves to feel “at home” in our bodies and in our society. My "out of the box" approach incorporates restorative practices for those wanting to experience life in a more meaningful way.
