I work with women and LGBTQ+ folks who are done shrinking themselves and want more than coping skills they can Google. Together we’ll uncover why patterns like imposter syndrome and perfectionism repeat. Expect direct honesty, evidence-based tools, humor, and a space where all of you is welcome. - Many of my clients are in helping professions (teachers, nurses, therapists etc) and struggle with burnout and saying "no".
