My passion is to empower women to make changes in their lives so they can finally get unstuck and achieve their full God given potential. I believe healing is not just curing illness but achieving wellness in the mind, body and spirit. I specialize in the treatment of women with depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma or relationship problems. I offer high quality treatment that will get you results fast. Your emotions will no longer feel overwhelming. You will be more present in the moment instead of stuck in the past or the future. Finally, get unstuck and begin enjoying life again! I have completed extensive training in one of the best evidence based therapies called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specifically TEAM-CBT as developed by Dr. David Burns. I also have completed training from the Personal Transformation Institute in order to effectively and competently provide EMDR counseling for trauma.
