I love working with adults who are neurodivergent, BIPOC or mixed-race, adult children of immigrants, and individuals who have felt 'othered' in society. You may have spent much of your life feeling out of place in your family or society, exhausted and overwhelmed from holding everything together, drained by always masking, or feeling like you've had to abandon your needs to keep the peace. You might feel overwhelmed, ruled by your emotions, or stuck with parts of your past that still linger.
