My approach is rooted first and foremost in curiosity. For many of us, life is a series of beginnings, endings, transitions, and losses. Some of these experiences have likely been very painful and restricted growth in certain areas. My interest lies in psychic and bodily expressions of conflict and suffering. With a background in the arts, I work creatively and collaboratively with my clients to find movement through free-play of ideas.
