I provide therapy that is collaborative. We get to know you together - your strengths and challenges, the problems you currently face, and how you can use insights you develop in therapy to better think about and address those problems. We slow things down enough so you can gain perspective and understand patterns that at other times happen automatically or too quickly for reflection. We look at what's happening in the here and now AND take into account past experiences and relationships.
