Identifying and expressing our emotions or feelings can be challenging at times. Children utilize forms of play to express and communicate their feelings. It is my passion to help children and adolescents find their voice, communicate their feelings and build relationships with others. As a professional counselor, I am given the opportunity to help children and families come together despite the challenges that arise.
