Ana is an OCD therapist that provides ERP & I-CBT. Ana is also experienced with working with clients through their anxiety (social anxiety and phobias) and BFRBs (Trichotillomania and Excoriation Disorder - skin picking). The subtypes of OCD that she has the most experience providing ERP for are Harm OCD, "Just Right" OCD, Contamination OCD, Scrupulosity (religious/spiritual) Obsessions, Somatic Obsessions, Magical Thinking, and Sexual Orientation OCD. Ana has experience at the PHP level of care for OCD treating severe symptoms of OCD and outpatient level of care. Ana's approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies like ERP and CBT. Although ERP is the gold standard for treatment for OCD, she is also becoming familiar with ACT and I-CBT for OCD as an option for treatment. She also provides HRT for BFRBs.
