I have over 11 years of experience working with families and children who have experienced trauma, neglect, emotional abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, foster care as well as drug-endangered children. My practice is guided by attachment theory, as I believe that emotional connection is a fundamental human need. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and have passion for helping individuals and couples/polycules who are seeking deeper connections in their relationships. I also utilize (CBT) techniques and Solution Focused Therapy as needed, tailoring my approach to each client's unique goals and needs.
