I am Ana Lainez, LCSW, a licensed clinician uses a strengths-based approach to promote healing of the mind, spirit, and body. I am able to provide services in English and Spanish. I currently work with adolescents and adults. I have experience in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, grief, severe illnesses, self-esteem issues, ADHD, anger management, and behavioral issues. Given that each person is different, I tailor my therapy to meet my clients’ specific needs. I will happily collaborate with you to develop positive coping strategies to manage challenges healthily.
